Loopy Terms of Use

Loopy is a self-help CBT skills app. By using the app, you agree to use it only for lawful personal use and to avoid relying on it for emergency, crisis, or other time-sensitive mental-health care.
Not medical care
Loopy does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or crisis intervention, and it is not a replacement for a licensed clinician. If you may act on thoughts of self-harm or feel unsafe, contact local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
Subscriptions
Some premium plans may be auto-renewing subscriptions billed through Apple. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Restore access from the in-app Restore Purchases flow.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use Loopy in a way that could harm other people, our systems, or our providers.
